Spectralink Wireless Telephony Support Clinics (May 10, 2013)
Spectralink Wireless Telephony Support Clinics will be taking place in the next 90 days across North America. These support clinics are different than the Design Clinics, and are the next steps in achieving the Professional and Expert partner levels. Here are the five levels of training and certification offered by Spectralink.

Please Note: For partners wishing to receive both Wi-Fi and DECT Certification, they may either have different employees attend the dual track in a single city, or have a single employee attend one track in one city, and the second track in a second city. Also, we will be repeating the series in the fall for anyone needing to complete dual trainings in a single city.

The two courses shown in blue are those delivered in these live support clinics.
- Sales and Pre-sales Training - offered online (attended by sales people)
- Design - offered in live Design Clinics (attended by sales engineers)
- Implementation and Tier 1 Support - (attended by installers)
- Tier 2 Support - (attended by help desk personnel)

NETXUSA will be closed Thursday and Friday, November 28th and 29th in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday. We will resume normal operations on Monday, December 2nd. To ensure shipments are processed before the holiday please place your orders with us before 11am est time on Wednesday, November 27th.
Labor Day Holiday Schedule (Mar 18, 2013)
NETXUSA will be closed on Monday, September 2nd in observance of the Labor Day holiday. Orders must be placed by 11am EST on Friday, August 30th to ensure processing before the holiday. We will resume normal operations on Tuesday, September 3rd.
Independence Day Holiday Schedule (Mar 18, 2013)
NETXUSA will be closed on Thursday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day. Orders must be placed by 11am EST on Wednesday, July 3rd to ensure processing before the holiday. We will resume normal operations on Friday, July 5th.
Memorial Day Holiday Schedule (Mar 18, 2013)
NETXUSA will be closed on Monday, May 27th in observance of Memorial Day. Orders must be placed by 11am EST on Friday, May 24th to ensure processing before the holiday. We will resume normal operations on Tuesday, May 28th.
Good Friday / Easter Holiday Schedule (Mar 18, 2013)
NETXUSA will be closed on Friday, March 29th in observance of Good Friday. Orders must be placed by 11am EST on Thursday, March 28th to ensure processing before the holiday. We will resume normal operations on Monday, April 1st.
