Titanium Support provides advanced technical support service via a hotline dedicated to certified partners.
To access this Advanced Support hotline, your company will need to have at least one engineer that has successfully completed the dSSE certification (details below). This Titanium-level Support will only be available to our top-level partners and will provide access to Digium's top Support Personnel, as well as after-hours support. If your company supports your end users directly, Titanium Support is for you. If you'd like us to continue supporting your end users directly, continue selling Gold- or Platinum-level subscriptions.
The new on-line training curriculum that is being introduced is the dSSE (Digium Switchvox Support Engineer) certification program.
You can begin accessing this new course immediately in the training section of Digium's partner portal
. This new certification course focuses on advanced troubleshooting and configuration setup for Switchvox. The dSSE certification is a prerequisite for accessing the Titanium Support hotline.
One person at each partner organization will be required to complete this new dSSE curriculum. Upon completion, this person will be assigned a unique code that will entitle them to a special hotline for advanced technical support, Titanium Support.
Digium Switchvox licenses are non-refundable.
